The Hiatus

Although I have about 40 writings in the works, I am taking a little hiatus. 

This week I will be marrying the girl of my dreams and we will be taking some time for the two of us. 

Yes I could have pushed myself, stayed up later, finished more posts and scheduled them but that didn’t feel aligned or right. 

What felt right was spending the time with my kids while they are on school holidays, with my fiancé leading up to our day, with extended family in lead up to the wedding and wrapping up all of the little loose ends that goes with planning and executing a big event.

That is what I gave my focus and energy to. Every other creative project needed to take a momentary back seat. 

Just know I will be back towards the end of October with more antics, lessons I’ve learnt and wild stories about my life.
